For too long, LGBTQ+ folks, BIPOC communities, allies, and so many others have been left out of the dream. I know that feeling—I grew up in government housing in rural Kentucky and know what it felt like to be shut out. That’s why I built Common Ground Realty: to open doors, build equity, and create a path forward for all of us.

Homeownership should reflect who we are — our roots, our stories, and who we love. At Common Ground, we believe that when every story is valued, home becomes more than a place — it becomes belonging.
